ANYBODY SEE FAT ACTRESS LAST NIGHT?
I did and I loved it! When she walked past the offices and desks to see the producer about a show and everyone kept whispering how fat she was? OMG! LOVED IT!
UPDATES:
Those nags at NOW naturally did NOT like it:
'Fat Actress' Hitting Sore Spot
"A show that seems to be set up to make fun of fat people or to describe how miserable their lives are, is not sending a good message, and it's not the right message," laments National Organization for Women president Kim Gandy.
And BlogCritics looked beyond the fat actress:
Kirstie Alley's character is allegory for the big, bloated media companies -- ankles buckling under the weight of their inflated sense of self-importance, stumbling through the wilderness, blissfully ignorant of their own obsolescence. And her personal assistants represent us, the hapless consumers, having no other option but to be at big, fat media's beck and call.
